Plain privacy notice.

This website is designed to collect only the information needed to respond to a vehicle emergency, repair request or service booking.

What is collected: name, phone number, vehicle details, service required, location provided by the user and the message submitted.

How it is sent: forms create a WhatsApp message to Mooi Auto Clinic. If Cloudflare D1 is configured, a copy may also be stored in the private lead database.

What is not used: this starter site does not include advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Location: GPS is only requested when the user presses “Use my GPS”. The coordinates are inserted into the message field so the user can review before sending.

Retention: lead records should be deleted when no longer needed for customer service, accounting, insurance or operational requirements.
